- Review and quantify existing map data, including analysis of quality and state of cadastral data.
- Prepare evaluation of new technologies such as GPS and digital ortho photos.
- Prepare cost models comparing traditional versus GPS /Satellite mapping modes of surveying newly formed real estate.
- Research available satellite imagery for pilot project.
