Project Objectives/Components

• Provided a modern, easy to use scanning solution for titles, caveats, deposited plans, and strata plans for the National Land Agency,
• Provided extended database framework to allow integration of land valuation data into the scanned title database.
• Allowed up to 10 scanning stations using high performance Fujitsu document scanners to simultaneously scan titles and related documents.
• Trained NLA staff on use and administration of system.

• Installed enterprise title scanning solution to handle 400+ title documents per day,
• Integrated with existing 245,000 scanned titles,
• Provided robust easy to use access to scanning,
• Provided easy to use fast public access to records.
