Project Description

ILS developed a Windows based application that uses MS Access as a database environment and allows users to enter, maintain, and analyze information regarding historical properties in San Juan , Puerto Rico . Specifically the software:

• Integrates photographs, engineering drawings, and GIS parcel map data for each historical building in San Juan ,
• Allows the user to enter criteria regarding the historical properties of the building,
• Produce a historical “score” for each property, and
• Produce reports that incorporate maps, photographs and final historical scores for single and multiple historical properties.
• Full administrator control panel, which allows control of user assignments, user rights, control, display of data including GIS layers and access rights.

HIMS is a multi user application with record level control access, which integrates ESRI's Map Objects technology.
