| Project Objectives/Components | The general objective of the assignment was to assist the Bank mission in the identification of the new project, Thailand Cadastral Information Center Project (TCICP). This project was a response from the World Bank to the Royal Thai Government's request for support for the development of the TCICP under the Department of Lands. The Bank has previously funded the Thai land titling program, over a period of 20 years, which concluded in 2002.
| Project Tasks | The following specific tasks were pursued: - Review the Information Communication Technology (ICT) requirements, including LIS and land records computerization, of the project and identify implementation options and indicative costings, capacity and other requirements;
- Identify any other opportunities for computerization including service delivery;
- Identify broader cost-benefits of ICT for key stakeholders;
- Prepare a report of the technical findings and contribute to the mission Aide Memoire
