Due to the sensitive nature of the records, security is of paramount importance. | Project Tasks | ILS installed our LRS system as well as the required hardware services needed to implement a proven solution which has allowed users to capture and retrieve documents electronically and seamlessly integrates the imaged document within the case management system. The implementation of LRS has resulted in: - A reduction in the amount of hard copy documents being stored;
- Archive of documents over five years in age;
- Provision of a means for searching and viewing documents electronically; and
- Improvement in the way in which FIU conducts in analysis of reports and requests.
LRS Administrator allows staff with appropriate security level to configure document types, user roles, permissions as well as customize ad hoc reports. Training was delivered, along with manuals and system documentation, for all end users and system administrators in order to ensure a thorough understanding of system procedures, system administration, backup and recovery procedures. | Implementation Team | International Land Systems (ILS), Inc.
