| Project Objectives/Components | ILS is a member of the ARD, Inc. consortium that was awarded a USAID IQC to provide services in improving agricultural productivity and natural resource management in the developing world. The RAISE Plus Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) is a broad based multi-faceted, USAID field support mechanism. It is designed to provides hort and long-term technical assistance that promotes the systemic shifts necessary to achieve more competitive, prosperous and sustainable agricultural and rural sectors in developing countries. RAISE Plus will focus on environmentally sustainable, market driven development of food and cash crops, livestock, forests, fisheries, tourism, wildlife, and agribusiness. It will provide assistance that contributes, but is not limited to: - Sector Strategy & Program Development;
- Trade Strategy Development;
- Policy Analysis;
- Input Market Development;
- Sustainable Production;
- Post-harvest Storage & Processing;
- Product Market Development; and
- Producer Organization & Enterprise Development.
ILS will provide technical advisory services under RAISE Plus activities in areas related to land administration, property rights and land tenure reform, and land market development.
